Dear Sir / Madam,
(Calicut Civil Station, Kozhikode, Kerala)
If either the person making the power of attorney or the person to whom the power of attorney is given becomes insane, the power of attorney becomes invalid and unenforceable.

dear clien..
POA becomes invalid if the executor dies or become insane..
PoA remains valid - as it was given while he was sane, it ceases to be operative only if the Donor dies or cancels the same or the Court Appointed Guardian of Insane person cancels the same.
The POA has become invalid after the attorney had become insane.................Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
