Dear Sir / Madam,

(Calicut Civil Station, Kozhikode, Kerala)

If either the person making the power of attorney or the person to whom the power of attorney is given becomes insane, the power of attorney becomes invalid and unenforceable.

PoA remains valid - as it was given while he was sane, it ceases to be operative only if the Donor dies or cancels the same or the Court Appointed Guardian of Insane person cancels the same.
