Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I had giving Rs.5,00,000/- to one person againist a Check and a promissory note for the same face value. That person has already refunded Rs.300,000/- but now he is giving me trouble for the remaining Rs.200,000/- to be refunded.
I am having the Promissory note and the Cheque for the entire amount. Can I go legally againist him.
