which government dpt gives the clerification of below question-

"is it correct that the RTI CELL is saying that the questions asked do no come under RTI -act 2005?"

Sir,

I asked some questions to one of the govt dpt and they had given the answer that the questions asked do no come under RTI -act 2005?"

I want to clerify in written by government .

if the department itself giving u in writing that these questions doesnt come under rti act than it means they are liable for their answer ... given to u .....

u can re ask the department that what kind of questions are not allowed to ask ...

for clarification there answer shuld be in consonance of rti act if u find that the answer is wrong u can further complaint... to the higher authorities
