In Government quarters(Integral Coach Factory)
does a man living in a ground floor of a multistory apartment has the right to build a shed(big structure) in front of his house?

usually this type of temporary constructions are allowed for specific purposes such as marriage and other functions, but the concerned person must take prior sanction from the Estate Maintenance Dept of the concerned public Sector Undertaking and one the concerned staff will oversee the construction as the plan given. This is the prevailing practice.
