Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grand father bought one house in my native place (Tamilnadu). Four years ago he expired and now my mother and grand mother said that they are onely legal heirs of the house. But my grandfather had not written any will neither my mother nor my grand mother.

No you dont have any share in your grand fathers property as your mother is the legal heir of her fathers property . You get your share from your mothers share with your other siblings ,if she dies intestate and not otherwise.
