My grand father expire 1998 and my father expire 2009 and my grand mother expire 2012 1 st my case in bandra court watar and rant charges i have paid lanload and withrowal case lanload but rent receipt nt transfer my father sister two 1 married and 2 32 yrs same married sister home she ask give me property heesa what to do

dear client....

As per ur question ...

ur staying in rented flat then request the landlord to change the name in rent receipt if not send a notice serving him that ur grandfather and father are no more and you being their legal heir the rent receipt must be issued in ur name ....

if the flat is on rent how can ur sister/ bhuw demand for heesa in he property...
