my grand father make a will,with single witness which was registered & the case is on bombay city civil court , the property are in ap, gujrath & in mumbai can i run all the propertycases in mumbai civil court

You need to mention the details of all the properties in your probate petition and also have to furnish an undertaking that you have not filed similar cases out of mumbai. Read more on property laws on my website www.karvai.in
