Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grand father(mother father) is alieve and he is suffering from momery loss, and now my grand mother is trying to sell the property with out giving the share to me. Please let me know this is legally right??

you can file a civil suit for partition and restraining your grand mother from transferring the property to anyone.
