my grand father is registerd a will in favour of somebody can my father and his sister or my self get their part acording the law of himachal pradesh india

in case the property is self acquired by your grand father, he may bequeath the same but if it is ancestral, you father and his sister have an equal right and g father can only bequeath his share of property.
