my grand father is registered a will in1994 in the name of somebody in himachal but he mentioned in the will he has son (my Father)and daughter (my BUA) the property is from my forefathers my question is can my father and his sister is getting there share or not as per law in himachal pradesh india

No will can be made for an ancestral property. The children will be entitled to their share.
