Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grand mother has some ancestral property at her name. My father and my mother had already been expired. We are two brothers and one sister. Can my grand mother give this property to any one of these or she has to equally distribute this property.

in case she did not get the property after partition, she cannot bequeath it and all of you have an equal share in the property including the grand mother.
