Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grand mother has gifted a property via a registered Gift settlement deed on 1999. Now my uncle is saying that he is entitled a half share in the above said property. Whether a gift settlement deed can be challenged ?

No, if the property was self acquired in the hands of the donor.
