Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grand mother done will in my father name ,and she died in 2004 .In her will she mentioned their is no right of my daughters and son on said propoerty.1) Can that will be challenged now after 6 years of her death 2) Now her daughters and sons wife is asking for their share of land ...How to move ahead in this matter ..Do they have a right to ask for their share when will is in my fathers name.

They dont have right of share. They can challenge the will to find whether the will is a genuine one r fraud.
