Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grand pa has a property (he is not alive), he has 2 sons one is my father (he is also not alive, he was dead before my grand pas death) and the next is my fathers brother. Now my fathers brother tells me he does not have the property document, I only have the Xerox copy of the same ( but we have Court Judgment copy telling that this place belong to this particular guy, and we have also taken a duplicate copy of the property document). But now we are willing to sell that property. Is it possible for us to sell that property.
