Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grand parents gave a property for my dad as dhanam, but now they insist us to get out stating they returned it back on them itself. We dont have any copy of the documents except the tax bills paid in the name of my Dad. Here my question is that can the property be taken back with out my father's signature? please advise on this issue
