Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my grandfather has 1.14 acre of land and a house in it.He gave 75cent out of this to my father.and the remaining part gave to my uncle ,who lives in canada(died on 2005).so the problem is that house is partially divided.my father lives this house from the time of he born.He is the youngest son(we are christians.So my question is that whether my father can claim for this house?he lived 51 years in this house.
