Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grandfather(Dead 1955) had 2 wife. First(Dead Since 1955) had one son. And second(Dead 1994) had 2 sons.My grandfathers own property is 3000 Sq.ft area. What is the share of sons in 3000 sq.ft area.

The elder brother may be entitled to half the property; and the remaining two may share one fourth each.
