My grandfather died without any will. My Grandma also died without any will. My grandfather has three son. One is my father who is staying on my grandfather property. One day my father on his own without dividing the property he gave his 1/3 of his share to me and 2/3 of his share to my younger brother by means of registration. Now he is telling that I will cancel the registration and give the property to my younger brother?. Is it possible to change the registered property?. Other brothers of my father says that you have done the wrong registration without dividing the property among us?. Is it possible to cancel the registered property?.
