my grandfather has expired he has some property but my father is alive and he don't want to give me anything.what i should do ?

You may demand in writing; and on failure, consider filing a civil suit in local courts where property is situated.

you may file a suit for partition by metes and bounds. you stand at the same footing as ur father in respect of property.
