Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My Grandfather is the owner of the property totally he had 4 peoples - 2 daughters & 2 sons. Before he died he has divided his property to 3 division and registered will only to 3 persons and not for the fourth ....

The fourth person here is my father's sister ... she died a month before, now the son & daughter of my father's daughter asking for the share in the property as per "Hindu act". Because as per hindu act the grandson or the granddaughter have the share in the Grandfather's property ...

Really they have the share in the property ... ?

Dear client

Since the property was self acquired by ur grandfather so he has full right to dispose as per his wish and for that he had made a WILL . Hence the Will was made so now they can not claim any right in the said property.
