Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My grandfather has a property self acquired by my grandfather, my grandfather has one son who is my father and 4 daughters (above 50 years), after death of grandfather property was transferred to my father.

1) Do I have right on this property

2) Can my father sell the property without my consent.

no, you do not have the right in the proeprty and since it is self acquired proeprty of you grand father.. however if you are able to prove that there is joint hindu family and property so purchased by your granfather from joint hindu family funds, then you can have case, howefver even then your father can sell the same.
