Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grandfather purchased two houses on his own income and from that rental income, my father purchased one house. My father has one son and one daughter (myself). My father wrote a will and registered the will stating that these 3 houses should pertain to his son and nothing to me. No.1 Will these 3 houses will come under ancestral property? No.2 Is there is any possibilities to me to challenge the will and break the will? No.3 Shall I can claim the equal share rights of the property. No. 4 If yes to the 3 point- What is the IPC act?
