Dear Sir / Madam,

Your father is the absolute owner of the property. If he so desires and wishes, he may wish to part with some consideration to his nephews and nieces, but it is purely at your father's discretion. The nephews and nieces do not have any say in the ownership of the property, nor can they compel your father to.

Based on info provided by you: a) Your grandfather was the owner - in his own right; i.e. it was his self acquired property; b) During his lifetime - he transferred the same to your father.

Based on the info provided your father became absolute owner of the same. Others can't challenge the same now.

as u mentioned your grandfather already transferred his property in the name of your father during his life time...than there is no issue regarding ownership...but if another children are claiming property of their father and if they are claiming the property by alleging the documents as forged than its their burden to prove the forgery there is no burden on you..and more its your grandfather's discretion to whom he gives his property.....more detail u can mail me
