Dear Sir / Madam,

If the property belongs solely belongs to the grandfather, it is well within his sole legal right to sell or dispose the property in the manner he best deems fit. The legal heirs do not have a right to object to the grandfather's decision.

It can only be done through passive persuasion by explaning the pros and cons of disposal of the property to the grandfather by the grandfather's children & legal heirs .. i,e the parents of the grandchild and not the grandchild since he is still an adolescent.
