Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grandfather has 3 son and 3doughter. 2doughter was made hakkasoad patra in 1996. They are sub reg isterd but they are fraud. bcoz one daughter remining she is minor (matimand) her not take on record from shes borun.Theirfore can hakkasoad patra will canceld?

it is void with regard to the daughter who was minor at the time of execution.
