Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grandfather have 2 sons and 2 daughters.... 1 of his daughter got love marriage, so my grandfather divided the property into 3 and given to his 2 sons and 1 daughter and not a small thing given to his other girl who got love marriage. In this three divided property (Aunty & my father's brother saled their two houses to others). Well now my father is only having the house (Property). Already nothing has given to my grandfather's daughter (She is died now) and she have two sons and 1 daughter... now they are approaching with my father for the property share....?
Because as per the hinduism act the Grandaughter or the grandson have the right in their grandfather's property and have the shares too ...
Will any one advice for this ... what we have to do now ...? To safeguard our property...?
