Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My grandmother sold 5 acres of land to 2 party and she wrote in registry of giving road to one end .....and after 10years my father , grand mother again sold to another party but they both come in trust of other party...of giving road to other buyer now the second buyer turned from his words....and stopped the road
