Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

my grandmother willed our building in the year 1997. the will was properly registered. as per will ground floor belongs to my father and the first floor belongs to my uncle. rest of the building are common in between two.she appointed my father and uncle as executor of the will. my grandmother died in 2004 and recently my father died on 29.01.2013. can i get probate ? what should i do to keep my portion secure for future ? what documents are required in this matter ?

Yes. You should persuade your uncle as the joint executor of the Will to procure the Probate. The Will is self explanatory and if there are no other legal heirs or beneficiaries mentioned in the Will, the Court will pass the order for partition in keeping with the Will.
