Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my great grand mother house is still there in native place. My mother and grand mother say that they are having rights of the house and they want to sale the house. But my great grand mother had not written any will to grand mother or my mother. Myself are entitled to claim the share of the house. As per law fourth generation is claim their ancestral home share.

If it is 4th generation claim then it is an ancestral property and you too have a right in the property.
