Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My great grand mother purchased property. She has only one son who is my grand father. My grand father has 6 daughters and 2 sons. My father is elder and I am only son. My uncle has only one daughter. Out of 6 daughters, 1 daughter was expired. All the daughters were married before 1985. Now, my father, grand father, grand mother, great grand mother are no body is alive. Now, how can we transfer the property in my name (grand son) and my uncle.

you need to file a petition for succession in the court of competent jurisdiction.
