suresh and padma having three sons , there are some properties belongs to the sons of suresh given by his grand father ( suresh father)suresh and padma wants to sale the properties of their children , but children are minors , thus without permission of district court / high court , but suresh and padma done sale the properties belongs to her children in sale deed padma written that for her minor children like guardian she done signature on behalf of minor children .

question 1 . does mother beacame as guardian to do signature for her minor children , without permission of district court / high court .

Permission from court is not necessary where elders are natural guardian. Permssion is required where Court has appointed Guardian. Sale is valid and cannot be challenged.

They could not. The sale deed can be challenged. Court's permission is required for selling minor's property.
