guardians right

I would like to know under which order and section the guardian can file a suit for getting permission from the court for selling minors property?

You have to file petiton in the High court/ District Court for obtaining the permission from the court to sell the property of the minor. In this petition you have to set out the reasonable reasons for which the sale of the property became essential.
