Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Please Guide Me

i'm a Consultant but i don't want to be in consulting so i approached a client who gave me an offer to join the company as head BPO, we got a project and the work started in January and from then i did not get a single rupee as salary from the company as they promised nor the consulting amount which they have promised as i'm the only person earning it was a very bad situation which i'm in even though i was with company and trying to get the money what they lost as there were 3 consultants involved and the company transferred the consultation charges through me and in between we got to know that the process was fake and we have been cheated and i took the initiative and gave a complaint in Chennai and the case got registered and the person who gave us the project got arrested. Now when we asked the three consultants to return back they were not ready to do it. but inbetween they have given me some money and now company says i have cheated them and they are filing a case against me. After 6months of hardwork with out salary and being away from home if this is what i get.. what would be my remedy.. i don't see any option my family is suffering and survival became a problem. please suggest whom i can approach. i don't want to die

you must file a civil suit against the company and state that you have not got any salary since 6 months and they owe you certain sum of money and also state that you have kept certain sum of money which is even lesser than what is due to you. this way you will create a defence for yourself and may evade criminal prosecution.

Firstly,before entering into the job you both must have written an agrrement to that affect so basing on that you can file a civil suit for not being paid since six months..bla..bla..
