Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
hai friends,
iam ram from hyderabad.iam mailing this for my wife.my wife was married in aug2008.now my father-in-law was ready to distribute his property.Is thier any right to my wife to have a share in that property along with her 2 brothers.

She is entitled to a share if the property in the hands of her father is "ancestral" i.e. inherited by him from his fore-fathers.
