Hamara apne bhaiyon se parential makan ko Lekar civil court mein case chal raha hai. hum 7 brother hai. mere sahit 4 bhai apne apne makan alag alag banakar rah rahein hai. jabaki 3 bhaiyon ne makan par kabja kar rakha hai. har peshi par unka vakil koi na koi bewajah ki application lagakar samay khich rahe hai. abhi 22.09.12 ko hi unke vakil ne mere dwara banaye gaye mere hi makan ke dastawej municipal council se rti ke jarye issue kara kar court mein yah kahate hua pesh kar kiye ki yah sampati bhi moroosi hai. ise bhi bantaware ke liye chal rahein case mein shamil karein. iske

(2) yeh ki mere parent ke joint naam se (either or survivor) saving a/c tha. 2008 mein father ki death ke baad mother ne bank mein application lagakar father ka naam delet kara diya. tatha survivor ke liye mera naam a/c mein khud ke sath add kara diya. jisame karib 4 Lac rupaiye hai. 2009 mein mother ki death bhi ho gaye tab maine bank mein application dekar mother ka naam delet kara diya. tatha amount apne pazession mein kar Liya. is bank a/c or amount ka koi jikar hamare pratividiyon ne apne jawab dave mein nahi kiya. tatha ab mere makan ke ukta document ke sath bank pass book ki photo copy jo ki pahale se hi unke kabje mein thi vah bhi court mein pesh kar di.

Ab apse meri request yah hai ki kya mere dwara banaya gauy makan ko moroosi mankar ukta case mein bataware hetu sammalit kiya ja sakata hai.

(2) yeh ki bank amount ka jikar jawab dawe mein nahin hone ke baad bhi kya ab is amount ko moroosi property manate hua batawara ho sakata hai.

you need to proof that the house was made by you and not by ur farther and need to have evidence to support ur wording... yes saving account can also be added any time during the proceedings..
