Harassment by Managing Committe

I had done the painting and wiring electrical work in my house without disturbing the structure of the house

My Secretary barges into my house in my absence and without my permission and abuses the contractor.

I was asked to sign an undertaking for repair work whereas no undertaking was taken from other members when they repaired their house.

When this matter was taken to the managing committe ,they have not bothered to respond to our letter .

We do not stay there , but we fear that the secretary may barge again and breach the privacy

I have send a reminder to Managing Committe and again they have not bothered to respond

I feel that the managing committee is hand in hand with the secretary.

I have been harrassed by Managing Committee

I need to complain about this atrocities of the Managing committe

Where and to whom should I complain in Mumbai

You may make a complaint to the police station of your area; and you may also make a complaint against the Secretary and Managing Committee to the RCS for appropriate action under the Act..
