Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Harassment in the Society
I Live at this co.hsg.soc from since birth 1977. Now the flat is in my uncle's name and he has no problems me staying here from so many years.
I got my car and the society is harassing me to park elsewhere where as they are supporting a tenant instead. Also they are not issuing my wife's letter for her to apply for her passport.
The last time it even came to them abusing me and coming to raise hands. This matter is getting worse and I need to take some legal action.
Pls tell me what should I do?
