Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
hello,
I live in a society for past 10 years. Me and my mother. There was a person who used to irritate us, so we seeked help from our neighbor. But after this, the same neighbor went out in society spoiling our name as "prostitutes". Our name has been corrupted by this women, how can we use law to punish her deeds.?
What proofs do we need to collect in order to file a case?
