I have overtake the pvt ltd company from the party but haven't made a dastavej of land. Land is on the name of company and it is NA LAND.

By overtaking company the land becomes mine or I have to make a dastavej of company land.

Please reply,

Can the seller make an objection in future if I don't make a dastavej of company land?

I have acquire all shares of company.

you need documents for the same as oral transfer is not valid.
