Hi
how much time it will take for making chargesheet after an fir is filed in case of section 420.if the chargesheet is not made within 90 days,what would be the reason for delay.and also can we quash an fir in high court before the chargesheet is made.please kindly let me know the detail about the charge sheet procedure.
