Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi,I am Anubhav,i have taken creditcard on 2007 from a bank with limitation of Rs30000.00.i have make contineous payment but later on due to some family distrubance it need to left my job also upto year i have to be with my family as somuch family problems there,i was in family and financial problems that time.later on i got a oppertunity work in UAE in 2010 and without thinking much to support my family i come to UAE.but the bank represenatative tress my number and threatening to my family,later on they call me in UAE in the night time also.I have also went for settlement and paid the 1st EMI,later i was unable to,now they threatening me,they can affect my passport and visa.
Please help me ,as my sisster is there i save money for her mariage,if her mariage will happen in near future,i have to go to attain.Is there any chance that i will be caught in Airport or my passport will taken by police and further i can't come to my job.
is it a crminal offence?
Please suggest.
