Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi,
I have lent a huge amount to someone I know. This person had promised to pay me back in some months but he is just not paying it back to me. I have not done any documentation but I have proof in form of cheque numbers that were used to pay this amount. We are in same city, I am tracking him by visiting his house etc. I am not sure if I should approach consumer forum, human rights, NGO or Police?? Pease help me, please. Thanks so much.

Need to file money recovery suit.. need to know more details regarding the matter mail me at [email protected]
You need some document to show that you have loaned him the money .
