hiiii need help
hiii every one.i am stuck in a problem plzz do help .....
my dad brought a lad in bangalore and the owner who sold to us told tat behind the site there is 3 feet of place which i have not been included in the paper(our site measures 3040) and it is left as a passage for others to walk and we believing tat constructed a house in 3040 site without leaving the place for the compound behind ... and now the ppl who were behind now claiming that it belongs to them .... and we got to know by some one tat piece of land (3feet) is not even in there paper document and they r constructing compound and if they do we can't open the window ......so plz help me out.
i consulted few lawyers they said u can't fight if is not in ur document .....
so how to conform tat even tat is not even i there document and to stop them from constructing plzzzz do help its urgent ...
if u did not get any thing and want to know more about plz don't hesitate
