Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi,
Me and my husband were married in 2010 and we have filed for a mutual divorce on 17/5/20112. Now we bought a property in the name of both of us and we both contributed to it.My husband paid nearby about 18 lakhs and out of which he is giving me a settlement amount of 13 lakhs and I am paying him 4.5 lakhs back .Also he has signed the NOC against the property and i am yet to take the loan on that property. Now the builder needs some more documents to signed by him so as to make it my name and we have made a stop payment against the cheques we gave to him as we want him to sign all the required documents which are needed by the builder .
Please advice what can be the replications and what all they can do ?
