Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hi,
My Husband has kept once mistress and he has two sons from her. i am the socially married wife of My Husband and I have the court orders issued by (Tinsukia Court ,Assam) in my favour and he is also giving me the monthly maintenance of Rs.500/- p.m. but he has lodged one baseless case against me (in Varanasi ) denying that i am not his wife. I have also got the judgement in my favour from Guwahati high Court but my husband is taking the advance of pending case of Varanasi which is still pending ,we are unable to attend this case as i use to stay away from varanasi but i am paying my lawyer to attend this case till date. I want to file the womens voilenance act case 2005 against my husband . Will it be applicable on him. he doesnot have any evidence that that lady is his wife. i have all the documentary evidences in my favour . he has much of ancestors property but he is not willing to give me the share, he is totally in control of his mistress and he is lodging false fir and cases agains me. My complains are being rejected by the police station saying that the matter is still lying pending in the varanasi court. his is now 60 . I need justice please suggest.
