Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi,
My mother has executed a registered gift deed to her brother in the year 1971. It was a property registered on my mother's name when she was a minor by her Grandfather. The property was self acquired by my mother's grandfather. Her brother passed away in the year 1990 leaving his wife as the only legal heir for him. I would like to know if my mother can revoke the gift deed as his brother is no more and has no children.
