Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi,
My name is Rajiv. I have been an employee of Basware Corporation, Chandigarh India for last 8 months.
I was terminated from this company because i leave company without giving them two month notice period, as per policy. They terminate me and ask to clear the final dues.
I didn't clear my dues.
My question is:- Can i claim my provident fund deducted by the company?
If Yes, then how?
I am sure that company will not sign the pf papers.

you can claim your provident fund as that has nothing to do with the notice period. you may ask the company to release you fund and if they reluctant to do so, you may approach the lawyer.
u can amicably ask them to release your provident fund after deducting two months salary from it
but after that they can not deny your rest provident fund
