Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
a hindu widow of indian nationality,her son and daughter sell off a inherited property of late husband and divide the shares equally.The son and mother buy a house jointly dividing the total costs equally and using the money mentioned above.If the widow dies intestate who will inherit the house ?does the daughter of the widow have any claim over the house?

The the widow dies intestate, her share will devolve upon the two legal heirs - son and daughter - equally.
