Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi,
We have a land of 4 acres, which our grandfather had given for agriculture to one person, then my grandfather had passed away and this land was taken up by this person by making wrong documents and changing the name in khasrapani in 1955, but till now the EC was on my grandfather's name only, so please can you help me and provide me information regarding this case and please let me know what is the law on this particular case.
Thanks
