Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hon'ble High Court gave Eviction order (Shop) against my Tenant on bonafide grounds. currently i have one shop where i am running a Photocopy Business. Tenented Shop exactly backside on my shop. I want enhance my business and shifted my business to evicted shop and also want to rented out my current Shop on higher rent.
Please tell, it is possible? I heard from someone that i could not let the shop on rent for atleast three years.
